More World of Warcraft Beta Accounts (PC)
Nvidia is giving you a chance to join the World of Warcraft beta test.

NVIDIA today announced a collaboration with Blizzard Entertainment for its MMORPG World of Warcraft.

As part of NVIDIA's The Way It's Meant to Be Played programme, World of Warcraft will undergo extensive compatibility testing to ensure a "no hassles" install-and-play experience for gamers equipped with NVIDIA GPUs. Blizzard has optimised the game for NVIDIA hardware and is working with NVIDIA to ensure the game plays well across a broad line-up of GPUs, from the brand new GeForce 6800 series to the GeForce 2.

To celebrate the collaboration, NVIDIA and Blizzard will randomly distribute 1,000 closed beta accounts to eager gamers hoping to be among the first to experience the game. Sign-ups will be held for one week only, starting today at Nvidia's NZone website << http://www.nzone.com/ >>.

Blizzard gives players a new perspective into the popular massively multiplayer Warcraft series with its new title, World of Warcraft. See the world of Azeroth like never before, exploring expansive 3D environments that range from mountains, to deserts, to forests and more.

Create a custom character from one of the many classes and races in the Warcraft universe such as Humans, Night Elves, Orcs, Tauren, and Dwarves. Online multiplayer capabilities allow for thousands of players to quest together. Ever changing gameplay varies from month to month as new missions and items are constantly updated, adding to the countless hours of adventuring.

To participate in the Contest, entrants must log on to www.nvidia.com/nzone, fill out the required fields in their entirety, and click on the button to submit the form no later than midnight (12:00 a.m.) PST on September, 20 2004. One entry per person, household and/or e-mail address is permitted, regardless of method of entry. Entrants submitting multiple entries or violating any of these Terms may be disqualified.
