Quest Minion - An additional window you can position where you like that keeps track of the progress of your quests. You can add or remove any quest to it from the main quest log.

Clock - obvious =)

2nd Bar and side bars - Adds another hotkey bar above your main bar with 12 slots. Also a left and right bar with 6 each on the sides of the screen. Each bar you can turn on/off individually.

Buff timer - Lists the time left on each buff underneath each buff icon.

I find the quest minion really handy. It needs to make it into the default UI. I think the relationship with Cosmos is that the bot gathers data for the www.thottbot.com databases.
