Zdcshawn in another thread asked about good WoW information sites. I am at my dads so I do not have any of my bookmarks, and besides that my bookmarks were all pre release sites and many of them need to be deleted. Lets start a thread listing good WoW info sites. When I get back home I can list a few… but until then the ball is in your court.

If you could, tell us what parts of the site you like the best. Most of my list is of sites that have one thing really great, but the rest of the info is par. So I would have to say go to X for the maps, but if you are looking for trainers visit Y’s site.

I know of the top of my head that I use this site for looking up hard to find mission NPCs. In the search for NPC section, you can look up your target. If your target is found, the site will (90% of the time) give you a map to the NPC's location. The map is not lovely, but It can be helpful when you are stuck on a quest.

I find http://wowvault.ign.com/ to be very useful. It has a talent calculator that is better than any other I've seen. As well as a lot of other goodies.

Cosmos UI FRICKEN RULES!. Remind me in the future to immediately install any software you recommend. I love it.

I love how it:
- Calculates the Damage Per Second on the fly for you
- Gives you side and extra tool-bars
- Makes it so if there's no loot, it auto-closes the window
- Tells you what level each quest is
- Others I haven't yet noticed?

Great stuff! I'm off to check out the quests in Thottbot now.

I love the new buff displays. They are a matter of taste, but I like making mine a vertical list with name and time remaining displayed.

One funny one is the clock. I only use it for the time, but on mouse over you can see crazy stats like xp per minute, hours per level.... and other way out there stats.

I used the fishing macros a few times. I find it is best to activate them only when I want to fish… but they are great for speed fishing.

I love the right and left bars. I have them auto hid, then fill the left with potions, and the right for my Warlock summon skills.
