I'll try and send you a couple 14 slotters tonight. I think I have a couple laying around. If you see me on tonight (wednesday), send me a whisper and we'll meet up.

As far as costs go, I'd guess a 14 slot bag is about 2g or so and the 16 slotters go for 14-16g. If I see one for less than 14g I always buy it.

Can you make mageweave bags? I'd like a couple upgrades while I wait for my runecloth to roll in.

Nope. No longer a tailor. Went back to skinning.

That said I might be the luckiest bag finder in the history of wow. I get them all the time. Eterne has all 16 slotters with all bank slots at 14. My 3 main alts all have 14 bags too.

So I'll send what I find to the new folks if they want.

Funny you should mention that Eterne. Just after asking for bags on Krynger, he goes and loots a couple 6 slotters within a 10 minute span. Wierd how that works for some peeps.

Folks, We have Tailors that can make 14 slotters. Use the profession forums to request something to be made. They will need runecloth and most likley, Rugged Leather.

I know Guds needs some skill ups.

Zerina can also make 16 slot mooncloth bags....free with mats of course.

Otherwise have Guds make your runecloth bags as Zerina doesn't need skillups :) [/url]

Mooncloth bags require mooncloth.

2 I believe, and those sell for approximately 10 gold a pop on the AH.

It is more cost efficient to buy Travelers Backpacks (16 slot) for 14-17 gold from the AH...

Unless you are a tailor, mooncloth bags are a horrible idea for storage solutions.

I disagree. Its fairly easy to farm runecloth at higher levels (takes 1 stack of 20 per bag) and I bought some (7) felcloth (2 felcoth turns into 1 mooncloth, however its a 4 day cooldown for tailors to make) for 5g on the AH yesterday. The other item, rune thread, is vendor bought for 50s.

Therefore, if you have a friendly tailor that can spare some cooldown time to make mooncloth, its not really that expensive to get mooncloth bags.

Props to my bud Z btw!!

Still it is probably better to buy the 16 slot Traveler's Backpacks. Got one yesterday for 13.5g. That way you can sell the mooncloth and don't need to buy the rest.

This, of course, assumes that you have the gold. :D

Again, to the new folks, just ask.

And on a somewhat related note. What about setting up a guild bank? Something like the White Hearts have. Be really nice for the new folks and the alts.

Krynn, not to be harsh... but why the hell would I give up 8 days of cool down time to give someone mooncloth for a bag that can be bought for 14 gold...

the mooncloth sells for 10g a pop on the AH....

DO the math.............

thats a huge money waste.

That's why I added the word "friendly" in my post above. Last night the bags on the AH I saw were 16g+so that's why getting one made was better for me. Maybe not for the tailor, but I know he's loaded anyways so its a moot point :)

If 14g is the avg price point I now know I can maybe do some futures action should I see one up for less.

As for the guild bank thing, there was talk about getting one started a long time ago but if I recall there was not enough interest or perceived usefulness at that time. With the influx of newbies lately maybe we could revisit this.

The last couple I have bought are from folks advertising on the trade channel. I think people do it cuz they need quick money??

Anyway the AH was a bit whack last night. I sold one of my remaining Mooncloths for 12g, easily more than I've ever got. I bought a decent warrior ring for 2g that I can sell for 6-10 I'm sure. I had 4 stacks of thick leather sell within a minute of me putting them up. Guess I didn't sell them for enough eh? And sold a stack of Ug'oro dirt for 2g! Easily the highlight of my night.
