Having Famke in the Marsh has brought a few quests to my attention that I missed the first time through with Loi. Not only is it nice to get a little cash by doing these but with our current goal of rep grinding, every little bit helps!
In Cenarion Expedition there is a wanted sign in the side on the tower, opposite the inn. (79,64) I somehow missed this large sign the first time through, though I may be the only noob who did.
Anyways, there are 2 quests to do. Both are quest kills, non chains and quite easy. You need to kill a 63 elite for each one, easlily solo'd. Although I did take a health potion, out of panic, with the caster when I got a little low on HP! Prolly didn't need it though. hehe For both quests I recieved 350 rep, a bit of gold and a reward that vendored for a few gold as well. A quick and easy 700 rep.

Another "out of the way" quest I missed... There is a 64 non-elite named Count Ungula located around 33, 59. He is basically a spore bat, slightly larger than the other ones in the area. Although named, he is not rare and will respawn as a normal mob does, within a few mins. He drops an item that starts a quest. 100% droprate. All you have to do is go see Leesa'oh, the Druid Watcher at 23,66 by a tent near the spore people. Then you're done.. not a chain. 250 rep and around 8g.
A totally cleared Steamvaults yeilds 2300 rep. I will happily take 950 rep for about 15 mins of my time. hehe Also, to be noted, I did these 3 quests at 70 with Loi and recieve the exact same rep as Famke did at 63.
One other thing. If you've followed the quest lines you know there are many quests in Hellfire, Zangarmarsh, Blade's Edge and Terokkar that all reward CE rep. However, just a couple weeks ago I found a small chain I had missed in Netherstorm that provided CE rep as well. Might as well include it here. It starts with Aurine Moonblaze at Stormspire. She is on the ground at the entrance to the "city" in the center of the dome. I had always flown up to the city instead of riding or running in so I had missed seeing her quest. It is a small 3 part chain, quite easy and everything you need to do and kill is with in 10 feet of her.
For all 3 parts you will recieve 750 rep and some gold. Total, took maybe 15 mins. Again, easy rep.
