Wait. I believe this is a joke due to a quest at the bottom.

Here is the text of it.

! Find Djakar

Requirements: Fishing (375)

Objective: Bring back Djakar, an extremely rare fish found in the depths of Serpentshine cavern or the Heroic Coilfang Reservoir Dungeon in the two hours following the deaths of all the bosses. Fishing (520) is required to catch Djakar.

Min Level: 70

If that Fishing 520 bit doesn't make it impossible I don't know what does.

Fishing 520 is attainable with lures and gear but I doubt Blizz would make that a requirement since not everyone has leveled fishing.
