Nay! I love it!

I'm so tempted to get my Warrior made up...did it say how much they were?

Pretty bad ass, too bad none of my toons have cool enough gear to warrant a statue. :(

What about the contest they were running?

I looked at it briefly and it looked like yoiu had to write in to get added to the mix. It didn't seem obvious that you'd have an automatic entry if you were a member in good standing.

And how about a little love for those of us who have been active from day-1? I think that kind of dedication would be rewarded.

Good point! I wish we could get a little something, you know, for the effort.

$100!!!

I love my troll in his healling robes but that is damn expensive. I'll stick to just collecting the normal WoW figures that get released. Hope my xmas list gets fulfilled.

Edit - I actually saw these in store. All but the BE rogue were incredibly detailed. For some reason the BE just seemed a bit lower quality.

The 4 normal ones are $16-$19 each here. Must be similar there with the dollar parity these days.

Illidian (out on Dec 19) will likely be a bit more me thinks.

There were a few made just after WoW launch a few years ago as well. I have a Tauren shaman, UD lock, and Troll priest. Cool figs. Not sure where to get those ones except ebay now tho.

Excellent - thanks for the info.

Do you have a link of the Tauren Shaman? I can't seem to find a pic of it.

Author:  Madson [ Mon Dec 17, 2007 2:18 pm ]
Post subject:

That's cause the real shammies are Orc, not Tauren! 8)

THe one one I've seen is an Orc, but he's wearing a wolf's head helm so it kinda looks like he's a tauren. That might have been basis of the confusion.

Post subject:

No, the Tauren one was the series made a couple years ago by another manufacturer.

Imo the older T looks cooler than the Orc one just released. Toys just like the game I guess eh Mads? :P

Just got a nice little $urpri$e in the mail. So...just signed up for the Dec. 21 drawing! Wish me luck!

PS: And while I can relate to the comments earlier about "my gear's not cool enough" I've decided that I'm imortalizing the spirit of my character, not his final appearance. ;)

Right now, I'm thinking Milo, either sneaking or attacking but definitely on that big 'ol pile of gold!

Good luck, Rock! But I hope you don't take my spot. :)

I didn't get in either. I'm not 100% sure I'm going to try again. I ended up getting all four Series 1 WoW figures so that will probably slake my thirst for such things. For now. :P

I got em too (as per my post in /general threads). I LOVE the shaman and warlock. The warrior is alright but the rogue is kinda meh. Gonna op them out of the packages once I get this office room reconfigured.

WoW figs and Star Wars LEGO office it is!!!
