Here is what I can tell you so far:

* First and foremost, these changes are for the overall GCW game and are not taking any special considerations for the Jedi Bounty Mission system (at this time).

* Jedi versus Bounty Hunters will now be a one-on-one affair (with some exceptions, detailed below).

* The BH TEF will override regular faction rules. Factional BH's will still be able to take missions on and attack aligned faction Jedi.

* As far as I can determine so far, the "lock down" of helpful actions occurs when the BH transfers the BH TEF to a Jedi by attacking. At this point no healing from outside parties are allowed on either the Jedi or the Bounty Hunter. This should also include all Jedi beneficial abilities as well, such as Force Healing, Stop Bleeding, Force Cures, Heal States Other, and Transfer Force. BH's with a mission on the same Jedi will also not be able to heal one another as well.

* Multiple Bounty Hunters will be able to take a mission on the same Jedi (up to the max limit). They will all be able to attack the Jedi simultaneously, if coordinated. However, only one BH will be able to successfully complete the mission by performing a death blow.

* Against FRS Jedi, Bounty Hunters will be able to bring opposing faction PvP Enabled players to assist. FRS Jedi co

uld similarly have aligned faction PvP Enabled players with them to help defend against these players. This at least keeps the situation within the bounds of the GCW and avoids the nasty cross-faction Group TEF issues from before. The only caveat to this is that the BH does not have to be factionally opposed to the Jedi, and therefore would be unattackable by the Jedi's defenders. This is something that I'd like to see revisted when the Devs have a chance to consider the specific Jedi / BH issues with the changes.

* Finally, the new factional rules will still apply in the same way to Jedi. Padawan will still be able to choose between belonging to a faction (PvP disable/enabled) or being a civillian. They will be able to take "on leave" status as well. FRS Jedi will be permanently factionally PvP Enabled and will not be allowed to take "on leave" status.
