Nothing huge just a bunch of bugs being fixed.

* Fixed rank display in recruiter conversations
* News terminals will now always open the news headlines when you double click on them

Character Transfer Program

* Badges will now transfer when transferring a character using the SOE character transfer service

Structures

* If you log out while in a structure, and the structure gets destroyed, when you log back in, you get put near the origin of the structure.

Player Event Perks

* Changed faction perk gating to fix coverts not being able to wear armor

Misc.

* Fixed an issue where players would experience a crash to desktop in /alarmsnooze if no alarms were previously set
* Japanese Localization Fixes
* Fixed some issues that would create players to crash to desktop

Not sure Cyrus.
I also read that a current bug on this patch is that only [i]One[i] person can be admin per house, meaning no more trading of items. Since this was not in the patch notes I assume this is a bug. There are already many many threads about this so I am sure (hope) the devs will post that this is indeed a bug. It is only on TC right now.

what is this?

They are adding new interface options. I haven't used it, but I believe it gets rid of the need to use alt to switch from different mouse view modes. Also changes some mouse clicks.
