I have some suits of 80kin/80en/80el/80blast/72base with 41k condition, pretty good allround armor (these are four-piece suits). These seem to cover the described situations, if this is ok I'll set up a way to deliver these to you.

You can change the colour, and you always need to be buffed to equip composite.
