Yak, what profession(s) are you? This great limits what your armor choices are. Once I know what type of armor you need to will log Bewa in and make you a set.

..oh and K'yp, I actually saw Yak log in first - you where just the one who when screaming around guild chat like a school girl in heat when you saw Yak log in.

Everywhere I go, same story.

I'm actually holding off on my final respec now. I'm thinking of going Polearms, or something new like that. I want a good combat profession, and am thinking of getting out of the crafting business for a while...

Any recommendations for maximum fun? What profession do I need for which armor?

Thanks for that Moge!!

I'll need that listing too. Can someone whip me up a set of assault armor? I think that'll be the best fog my BH/whateverelseIdecide template.

Also, check your PMs Moge.

How is Commando or Caribeener? Any fun? I've only done Pistoleer before.

carbine is pretty cool from what I hear. Commando, ask Obo. The thing about commando is the the specials are 'in the weapons' so you get no specific specials however all other specials (say the ones that are in the carbine tree) can be used with a flamer.

Also, all flames are AOE cones now.

Ok thx Moge.

As for commando, I understand (i.e. read) that it is pretty decent. Hard hitting weapons that mix well with another eilte prof. It also allows you to wear assault armor.

I am debating whether to get some carbineer or pistoleer at the moment as both fit well with BH or Commando

Carbineer is freakin awesome. very powerful. in fact i use carbineer 97% of the time when i absolutely positively have to kill something. the other 3% is when i want to experiment with another weapon. the weapons are just better as far as damage/dps and sac is concerned compared to a rifle or pistol. Even the prices are better. It took some searching and a ton of cash for a rifle that was in the mid 80 sac range- which is the average range of good carbs on the market atm, and for a decent dps that was still not equal to that of a good carb. The damage of a carb seems to hover only 50 dmg points below most rifles. Battle armor has far greater resistance across the board than assualt from what ive seen. You wont be dissapointed if you go carbineer
