Found a way to stop chassis from loosing condition when you repair it. Especially handy if like me you have a ship which cannot be replaced.

Anyway if your ship is in need of some chassis repair head over to Deep Space, and jump stright back to an other system. All damage will be fixed with no loss in total condition of your ship, and no charge when you arrive back in normal space. :)
