Im trying to reactivate my brother's SWG account that he cancelled last year. Can this be done? I punched in his login and pass, but i get error invalid login message and I dont see anywhere in customer service where one can reactivate an old or previous account. Can I do this or does he have too? Im trying to take over the character and subscribtion. If you have info on how to do this, pls help. If im wasting my time, pls let me know

Is the username/password right? I had some probs getting back into it with K'Rynn but just got the user/pw emailed to me and had no probs from there on out.

I just typed in my username and pass, clicked the "Add one month of service" button, and al worked well. No questions, no hassle. Guess they really want my money this time...

(as compared to Launch when the credit card servers crashed and you could only buy a one month subscription at a time).

Ok I got the correct info. Ill be setting up his account this weekend and taking it over. Then Erime's long lost brother Somel S'erolf will be ALIVE once again. Ill be looking to getting him into Avian to be an all crafting/merch character while Erime goes full jedi. I will also be using his lots for harvesting and vendor placement. S'erolf Bros. business will be back in full swing once more! I even enticed my brother to play Somel once again and so sometimes there will actually be two S'erolfs in game at the same time, just like before
