I think a saber would stick into the ground. If they can be pushed into solid steel with some force in order to slice a hole thru a thick metal door -stabbing them into soft dirt and staying there would be no prob :wink:

It's not the getting in there, its the sticking that doen't make sense.

I don't think it would for a number of reasons...most times when a jedi drops there saber it switches off automatically...2 wouldn't gravity push down on the saber and seeing as nothing in the ground can resist it simply make the saber burrow?
