Okay, I am 50% xp from 20 and my Illusionist Title.. (Which is a misnomer.. we get SHITE for illusions..) One word..... Breeze .......... that stuff is like liquid crack that tastes like heaven... If you ever hear someone say breeze doesn't make a big difference, smack them in the head... HARD.. I am hooked on the stuff... My stuns and stifles are the shizznit... and don't get me started on my DoT / DeBuffs... I gotta be careful with them so I don't draw agro from the tank... I may bitch about my class not having any good illusions or "fluff".. but in battle.. where it matters, I ROXXOR !!!!!!! That is... if Lat isn't making me do the " WHEEL DAMMIT !!!!!!!" dance, hehe... Just kidding Lat... |

Exactly...my firm belief that we are safer dancing around Antonica and such when we are dancing with the Heroic Opportunity wheel. Then again, I am biased. One of the biggest draws to being a Scout (from a design perspective at least...not sure they've gotten it exactly right from an implementation perspective) was their ability to manage / manipulate the combat wheel. While it can be very fun and provide very tangible benefits to a group fighting a challenging MOB, it is challenging to coordinate and execute all but the simplest "wheels". |

My only comment on the wheel thing... If you tank is about to die, and the healer throws that life saving heal that breaks the wheel... well, the wheel needed to be broken.... And if the healer is being beat down, I am mezzing the mob REGARDLESS what kind of wheel we are running.... |

The wheel is great. Whether or not you can use it effectively depends on the group. I had one group where we got pretty much every one, had a great system, and another group where people didn't get it and it didn't work. The first group was much more efficient and nobody died for 4 hours, second group... not so much. There's a good heal/regen HO that goes Scout, Fighter, Priest. I do, however, agree that sometimes the wheel needs to be broken. |

Thats what I am saying... and also... as a Ench / Illusionist, in a group that is wheeling... I pretty much sit back and watch.. as I very rarely have anything to contribute to the wheel, and am afraid to cast, in fear my cast timer runs too long and god forbid breaks the wheel. |

Hmmm, low RPM wheels sound good. Ones that don't turn as quickly or as often...thereby everyone is able to cast need spells and what not. Totally agree that if someone is down in th red/yellow it is better to save the group member than to worry about wheel breakage. |
