The map in TOR is amazingly helpful. Learn the symbols for quest givers, quest turn in, quest objective spawns, exits to other maps. Quest turn in will be colored green, as will exits to other maps if you need to go there.

Agreed; now if they would let me put a waypoint on any coordinate and put a little icon on the UI pointing me to my waypoint we'd be all set :)
