There is an awful lot of patch notes for the 1.2 release. Seriously, this is like a free expansion. They can be found here:

Early indicators are that the Guild bank has to be bought by the Guild, for 600k, and requires at least 15 characters in the Guild, which we easily have.

I have not been in-game in a week, but skiming the patch notes and not having the will to read them fully is depressing. Honestly, i feel like they are making substantial changes, that should not happen post release. Some of this stuff reads like whoops, we have to completely change that game system. Most theory crafting to this point can be put in the trash.

I will probably have to reread the patch notes in light of what you've said (I did read them in detail when they first came out) but my impression was that they weren't that bad. This is their first really major update and, with three months worth of data, it seems to me to be the ideal time to do a proper balancing. There have been lots of complaints on healing nerfs but nothing I've read seems to be that significant. When I read through the notes for changes to each of my classes, I failed to find anything that really bothered me. Most of the crafting stuff seems to be enhancements. And then you've got the whole Legacy system, which again there has been complaints about suggesting it's mostly fluff but then the whole system is more for RPers anyway!

All in all, I think it's a good update.
