Probably not after all that time behind a monitor.... and I bet your 'toon looks better than you. Hey, I played a Wookie then a Tauren, both which looked better than me, so I guess I can't talk.

The point is that some members have personalized images next to their names. If you want one, either:

1. For the Artist:
1.1) Make the image in the exact pixel size, border style, and format as an existing one
1.2) Send me a PM with the link to it posted online (or email me (the tag under my message) with the image)

or

2. For the Nerd:
2.1) Take a screenshot of your toon
2.2) Find an Artist to do 1.1 above
2.3) See 1.2 above

or

3. For the Noob:
3.1) Have someone do 2 above

they are all the same size... 60x60 up to 7kb

Like Bigyak said simply post something with the source images and one of a handfull of Photoshop talented people will get to em

When you say source images what are you talking about?

you mean something like this

yea...except we tend to limit it to in-game avator pictures or concept art

any ideas on how i capture my eve online toon pic? is it on my hard drive? or would i need to do a screen capture for cropping?

probably screen cap...there pretty generic arn't they I don't recall being able to change them much so you could probably find em online too. But bringing up your Character Sheet IG and screen cap would work. Though your current one is so pretty
