Between the seaon premieres of Lost, BSG and yes even South Park I am beside myself with TV glee.

I just finished rewatching Season 2 of Lost of DVD as well as key episodes of BSG. I even sat my girlfriend down to watch the mini-series of BSG and now she is hooked!

I'm sitting at home right now sick as a dog feeling crappy then I thought about the week to come. I'm happy now - that and I think the DayQuil just kicked in.

New GF or did you bring one with you from Chicago?

I need to buy Tivo for my wife...she's like a guy with a bad case of remote wandering. She will always try to watch 2 shows at once and sometimes up to 3.

It's Tivo or Divorce Court for me (3rd option is jail, but I don't think I would do well calling someone daddy).

TiVO = Best technology this decade (behind the cell phone)... but, since they don't have Cell Phones in the south, are you sure you want to skip #1? I think the TiVO has gone more to having a happy wife then anything else I bought (other than the dog).

It's wierd I actually watch less TV now. Instead of remote wanderin for hours I just click on Tivo and watch a few shows then turn it off. If I were to do it again though I would get one that can record 2 shows at once as a lot of the stuff I like overlaps.

Arindel: New girlfriend. May be to early to officially make that statement but dating for about a month.

Haven't watched much of BSG, and southpark is pretty much hit and miss if i catch it or not... no sleep lost... mmmm lost.

hmmm.. is this the same person you happen to work for? :P

I was over at a friend of mine's house last week, and he's got a pretty sweet setup. He has a TV card in his computer, and a big enough portable hard drive to record a bunch of stuff at once. It looks to me like it's a better deal than TiVo. He uses TV clips and stuff for presentations for his job, to liven up his speeches.

Argh!! I picked the wrong weekend to buy an XBox 360! No time for sleep and sex, I guess.

But, I had to do something with all those poker winnings!
