You have a two week trial period. if you dont sign up and pay your countries are reset. You could join up again after two weeks.

i didnt know a new sim city was gonna come out, might be interesting to check

and for a list of those builder/country/war games, il post some i can clearly remember how they went

www.travian.com(also has other languages then english)
www.ferion.com (best stuff reserved for people that pay, hard-ish to understand, its in space)
www.tribalwars.nl(its in dutch, at least for me, theres some german screenshots and i dont know what other languages are supported)
http://games.swirve.com/utopia/ (no map, so a little imagination would be needed)
http://games.swirve.com/earth/(seen this one when i was playing utopia, never really botherred)

not sure how they all hold up to simcountry for being complex, but simple makes it easyer for new players

thats all i can think of right now, i could do a search when im more bored

Well so much for that. My trial ends today. I don't have a problem paying for web games - I play them all the time. But that game needs some serious polishing before I'd pay for it. The corp game was more fun for me, but the interface is just.... well.

We all just need to get together for an MP Civ 4 game. Set aside some time every weekend to play, or play by email if we're feeling really sadistic.

Yup, multiplayer. We've tossed the idea around for a long time. It's just hard to get everyone together and commit that kind of time for it. I have no problems wasting away 8 hours straight on it lol

Yeah the timezone can be a problem. Check mine!

I live on Greenland, which means I got brasillian time. That mean when I get in the american players are finishing up and the european are loggin in when I'm more or less about to log myself.

Awww.

Im really sorry to hear that you guys. I think we could have went somewhere with an Alliance. Maybe even challenge the accepted order of things.

Sure you wont reconsider? The world needs to be broken every once in a while to shake things up?
