Last evening I finished up a skill box and was looking for some training, so, I headed to Corellia, and, well, got PAID to let someone train me!

Do you remember when you had to pay someone or tip someone to train you in a skill? Seems like just a short time ago it was the norm to look around and shout that you needed training .. someone would train you and expect a small tip. Nowdays people run around shouting they will pay YOU to train you! hehe ... my how times have changed.

Any others? Some old bugs you miss or don't miss :D

Well back then nobdy had the skills and mastering a profession was suppose to take 3 months :P. Also, few people had credits to spare.

Jealously leads to the dark side :P.

I believe my net wealth is pretty low right now (in credits). I have few resources that might add up to some wealth though and the bank of Romsuiag has the rest of my wealth.

Besides what does credits buy you? that's why I spread them around.

I remember running delivery missions for like an hour every couple days to keep my harvs from decaying. Oh, and selling resources for 3 cpu, maybe 4, or if you really scored big-time 5. Sooooo much money. :P

How about back when the whole PA sampled by hand to get out PA hall built. Now those were some difficult days.

Remember how awsome those fields of harvesters were.... we were the first PA to have medium mineral harversters... everyone else had the smoking small harvesters.

I should have a pic of that some where...

Cyrus,

Yes, those days were great. I think what I liked most about those, though, were when we logged on and were surrounded by 10 to 20 Avians right off the bat.

No matter how bad some people may think that time was, we, as a whole, worked so well together, and created something great.

Long live Avian!

I loved that time, and to be honest, my memories of it really aren't tarnished at all. It actually reinforced what I like about MMOs, about the stories that the players write and the drama that can unfold.

And it really is great to see just what Avians can do when we pull together.

I agree, those where golden times. Surveying on top of the PA Hall so we wouldn't get attaked, praying Kebernet had another of his awesome 56damage CDEF pistols.

I remember getting all the way to 0-0-1-1 Pikeman with one of Kebs reinforced combat staffs. Man those where the days.

fighting naked becuase you would actually last longer in a fight!
