Nice so far, thanks, guess I will have to get Ninja Gaiden. Have so far already played the vice city double pack, Halo, Tiger Woods 2003 (to cheap to spring for anything more recent), Morrowind. I hate hockey so that one is prolly out. I played Gran Turismo on my friends PS2, didn't know that was ported to XBOX. That was a good game. I think I will try the NCAA football game, or maybe an NFL one if it has an ownership aspect to it.

My faves have been Halo, Morrowind, Obi-Wan, Vice City, and after playing Obi-wan will get my hands on more star wars titles when they are a bit cheaper.

Please tell me the your opinion on the 5 best XBOX games ever. I have been blindly searching Ebay and bargain bins for titles. Help make me a more informed consumer.

I'm sure others have different opinions, but, I only buy anything that says "NCAA" on it for the XBox I LOVE playing NCAA Football .. played about 15 seasons last time around .. sorry, it probably does not answer your question that good.

Not so sure about a console fighting game now. I recently tried Dead or Alive 3 which was fairly highly rated and found the fighting to get boring real fast with no storyline or seemingly even a goal. Does Ninja Gaiden have a storyline to it all? How does the game work?

I tried the first LOTR game but the movement was completely backwards from everything else I ever played, so I shelved it. I have heard one of the LOTR games has great game play. Hope it's not the one I have. I don't remember the title but it's based on the first movie. I played and loved Halo. That game singlehandedly got me into first person shooters. I loved Obi Wan too. I just bought every single star wars xbox game I could lay hands on from Ebayers. Got both jedi knight games and KOTOR plus jedi starfighter and will get clone wars. If you are a cheapskate (me) Ebay is your place. Haven't paid more than 20 for any game, most around 10-15 bucks.

After reading more about Ninja Gaiden I believe I will give it a try. I am going to wait for a while as I don't spend more than about 20 bucks buying games for the xbox. I just got it and everything is new to me so I avoid the latest titles unless I can get them cheap.

Rho, Return of the King is stellar compared to FOTR or TTT, you should play that one. It's currently really the only great LOTR game out right now (until MEO).

Be warned though, Ninja Gaiden is hard. Simple as that - it will bear the brunt of all your frustrations.
