Do all vendors buy items at the same price?

I was taking notes lastnight on what hurbs and potions sell to vendors... then this morning I started working on my spreadsheet and noticed that vendor buy prices in my notes do not match the vendor buy prices on thottbot.

Some Thottbot users have reported that Thottbot has vendor prices wrong. Trust your notes.
