Hey everyone, I think I may get my wife a new graphics card. She wanted to go as cheap as possible when she bought her PC so she got one that has integrated graphics into her motherboard.

She does have an AGP 8X slot.
P4 2.6gig
512 Ram

What is the best out there? (High end recommend)
What is the best performance for the price? (best bargain)

Thanks for the input so far.

Games look great on her card. She just experiences patches of bad frame rate when she enters Iron Forge or other places where she has to draw several things at once. It is not unplayable, but she is jealous how I never have that problem even though my PC is older.

I diagnosed her problem as the crapy integrated graphics/mobo. I think if we get here a real graphics card with its own memory and processing power, her frame rate problems will go away.

Again thanks for the graphics card information.

I got a Radeon 9800 Pro 256 and love it. It being the now year old Radeon Flagship card I got it for about $250 but I have seen them now for around $220 or so. I really love my card, fast awesome looking and excellent processing.

I would recommend either G-force 6800 ultra based cards or Radeon 9800 XT's and pro's
