The voting thread is in public due to the fact that it is the only thread I have admin status on, people seem to prefer a poll vs. public voting, and I did not want to wait any longer to get the election underway and completed.

I will be proposing next term the addition of a position known as election keeper. The keeper's sole duty will be to start and finish the election process on time.
