Vader shows up in Bestine pretty regularly from what I hear but I have never seen him. Today as I was running around I saw a Comm Link Spam saying that Vaders Ship was incomming. I was playing Maili and her being an Imp I wanted to check it out.
He lands and gives a speach about the Rebels and the Jedi and says how you as loyal Imperials need to hunt and kill the Jedi. Literaly right as Vader says "Kill all Jedi" my Saber activates and I am under attack!
Was it Vader? Was it a BH? ...no sadly it was a Damned Valarian Thug that spawned in the City. So here I am standing infront of the Dark Lord as he is giving a speach about killing all Jedi and what do I do? I wing out my lightsabers for some random lamer spawn.
So...how much Vis do you think Vader produces? I logged out just in case.
