I'm in the process of backing up my data so that I can stuff in a new hard drive. I was wondering what of the SWG files I should copy across and which I should simply install/download fresh.

Anyone done this before and is able to recommend a method?

Everything in the StarWarsGalaxies folder.
You'll have to change a registry entry though.

Ok, I wasn't particularly clear. I'm installing a new OS in the new Hard Disk too!

copy the 'profiles' directory from the swg folder. ('User profiles' maybe?) ... or some such.

Not at home so can't tell you for sure.
