Yak mentioned this game in another post and I checked it out... I am very intrigued by it, esp. the idea of making your own business and making money from that business. I am a programmer myself and want to be an entrepeneur. I have a few ideas of things I'd like to try out. I am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this game, or if any of you are knowledgeable at all about how difficult it is to get off your feet and make some cash.

I openned my own business a year or so ago. Let me tell you, I'm pretty disgruntled about the whole thing. Thanks to the government, it's virtually impossible to start a business and have it be a successful one with less than about $20,000 to start with. And that's a low-end business. I had to close it all up and shut down less than a year after I got going. It was a big learning experience, I'll tell you that much.

another game that was in the news looked similar to this..real life sim where people paid real cash which was converted to ingame currencey and they brought Ingame land and stuff on islands and what nots to resell later...crazy people looking at it as an investment
