Just picked this one up last Friday. It's one of the best games I've ever bought for less than $10. (you can pick this one up at Walmart this week for $9.95) :P It's a Real Time Strategy game with some City Building thrown in. Great game with some real long time playability! Here's IGN's review...

It's not really an expansion. But then again, I don't think it's much of a sequel either. It's more of an expanquel. :lol:
