Using IE at work I just right click on the link and have it open in a new window. I'm sure the click is still credited.

I don't think you can do that with Google Ads. They aren't done in html, they are Javascrip, so right click doesn't work that way. I think the short answer is no you can't open them in a new window.

If you brought up a window I'm sure credit was given. I guess I'm wrong here since I just tried and it worked for me. I guess there are two different types. (JS and non-JS)
