Can't receall if I posted this yet or not (can't seem to find any such post so maybe not).

Anyway, Fantasy Flight Games is soon releasing a board game version of WoW. I've read the rules and examples of cards and man oh man, I think they might have hit the WoW online experience dead on in the translation. Read more here:

Now, my buds love to play games (board and video) but aren't keen on the whole MMORPG scene given that time commitment often involved and the monthly subscription. This board game is just the ticket to be able to play with them and get them to see the coolness that is WoW. Maybe we'll have some new Avians in the new year (one can hope).

That board game sounds very complicated, perhaps fun, but complicated. I can't wait for the PC version of the Boardgame.

I need to remind myself of this regularly.

I read on their message boards that it was for sale at the recent Gencon (at least I think that's where it was). This means it should be available for sale early in Dec I would think.

I'll post my impressions of the gameplay once my pre-order arrives. (Oh and btw, I chose the Tauren hunter to get bronzed. Hunter FTW!!!)

Yeah that was true for the first few weeks. A few servers were not working properly, including ours. I remember this comic coming out back then.

For the most part, besides that first month, this year has been great server wise.
