Artifact... a shareware multiplayer game.
Anyone know this one

It is in danish so I'll translate to english.

"Artifact is a Internet based multi-player game. You'll fight against players from all over the world as you build up your empire. You'll find tresures and more. When you have found them you'll have to keep them. That's where the challenge is."

"Klik her for at downloade" - means "Click here to download" if there are some who are in doubt.
