Years ago there was a great catastrophe that befell the world. From the pits of hell and darkness the Burning Legion sprang forth from of the Well of Eternity. Their rot and corruption spread through the various lands that were not ready to deal with their unholy wrath. The species that represent the Horde rallied to their cause figuring the enemy of my enemy is my friend. As the wars clashed and the sides redefined the boundaries of our once peaceful world, a group of similarly minded adventures banded together to form The Sentinels of Avian.
A being does not choose to be a Sentinel. It is not a religion or secular group of like minded people. A Sentinel is part a link between nature and the affairs of men. Only in times of great need will a Sentinel take up arms against a common foe. Unity among Sentinel’s is a rare event and we live in rare times when the world can be torn asunder and become a host for the abolitions that now walk our planet and their allies who believe they can carve out a niche existence from those who would dominate and twist the manner of all life.
As we continue to level and get more characters at 60, it seems natural that many of us will want to experiment with different classes/work on our alts (people like Zorrukk/commitment issues

tend to have many alts). For the most part many of our higher level characters leveled in small groups, solo or pickup groups and might want to have the satisfaction of having a good Avian group.
My suggestion is that any person interested in participating in an all Avian alt group reply to this post (with characters, class, current levels) in the hopes that we can break up into 3-5 (perhaps more depending on the situation) teams. Each team can then decide when and how they want to get together. You will probably need to mention you commitment to playing
n hours per week.
Basic outlines:
- All groups plan their party so they can function as is (without the need of pickup people whenever possible)
- Plan or Schedule playing days/times
- Start in the same area (so everyone can work on the same quest)
- Perhaps create a thread in the private forums where you can discuss your progress. In the event that a party member missed a quest or series of quests, that person(s) can make up the quest prior to the next session or the team can opt to redo the quests.
- Have Fun
- Drink more beer for those people of legal age
Currently, I have roran (paladin 35) in a group with (Gudsvenn) Jeger, Titanus (Jagar), Manni (Mantison), and Vognar (Xerex). Arindel pretty much leveled solo for a great part of his first 60 levels (more out of being in the midle of the upper end pack than want). The group dynamics are vastly different, full of fun, but little challenge.
To date, I think we pretty much zerg everything in sight with little difficulty. As we get higher, I'm sure we will encounter more trouble and might eventually wipe.
